ACORN whistleblower files FEC charges
against Obama campaign

An ACORN whistleblower is filing a complaint with the Federal Election Commission charging the nonprofit and the Obama campaign of illicit coordination during the 2008 election.

Anita MonCrief also said she told The New York Times about the incident at the time, "but they said that they couldn't print a story that close to the election that was considered a 'game-changer.'"

"It seemed that they were learning towards protecting Obama instead of reporting the story," she said.

They were doing voter registration drives that were supposed to be nonpartisan,
but it was a massive push for Obama.
