Chris Christie's budget feat

Gov. Chris Christie, R-N.J., passed the state's lowest budget in five years, closing an $11 billion deficit WITHOUT RAISING TAXES. Here's how he did it:

We stayed to our core principals; we stood firmly on them.
We negotiated in areas where we had to negotiate -- but very little --
and 99.80 percent of the budget
that I presented on March 16 was passed on June 28.
