Whitman scandal: 'Smoking gun' or dirty politics?

I love Greta van Susteren -- one smart cookie. Here she goes telling off attorney Gloria Allred, pointing out that Allred got her client, Nicky Diaz Santillan -- the apparently illegal immigrant who worked as a housekeeper for Republican Meg Whitman, candidate for California governor -- deported because she admitted she is here illegally.

"Gloria, this is delusional!"

This raises an interesting question: What rights do illegal immigrants have as far as lawsuits and reparations?
