The Heritage Foundation released this fact sheet Nov. 3 urging Congress to repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, P.L. 111-148.
The foundation says Congress must:
- Repeal the law.
- Withhold funding and block provisions and regulations without a presidential signature.
- Proceed carefully toward a market-based reform.
- Promote personal control.
- Enable portability.
